We are so glad you are considering Mountain Sprouts for your family. Here you will find the details for enrolling in our Evergreen Classroom.  Please contact us with any questions about the process.

Mountain Sprouts accepts students between the ages of 3 and 5 years AND who are potty trained, unless a disability prevents them from being so.

The school operates year round 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  We are closed for most national holidays and for one week in August and one week in December.

Students may be enrolled 2 – 5 days per week.  Tuition is charged monthly at an annual rate.  See our Tuition and Fee Schedule for current rates.

Tuition Assistance:  In keeping with our philosophy of maintaining a strong sense of community, Mountain Sprouts Children's Community offers tuition assistance in the form of a Monthly Scholarship

MSCC is certified to receive payments through the Washington Working Connections subsidy through the state.  If you are eligible for this program, tuition is paid through this public subsidy. Check the Department of Early Learning for more information or send us an email.

3.     Meet and Greet

During Open Enrollment MSCC will contact you to schedule a time for you and your student to come meet with our Educational Director (EdD). This is a first parent-teacher-student conference, where we will start building relationships and goals for your student's growth.

4.  MSCC will notify you of your student’s application status by May 30. 

If your child is currently taking or will be taking medications that need to be administered by MSCC staff, please complete the MSCC Medications Form.

December 31st – Priority Enrollment (Alumni Family)

Families whose children have previously attended Sprouts are given priority for new enrollment.  In order to be given priority, waitlist applications must be submitted by December 31st for enrollment for the next academic year (start date of Summer or Fall).  Alumni family applications received after December 31st will be considered in regular order.

April 1st – Open Enrollment

New student enrollment forms are accepted between January 1st and April 1st and will be reviewed for the coming academic year (start date of Summer or Fall). Applications are considered for eligible students in the order in which they are received by MSCC registration, with exception to our priority guidelines in our Enrollment Policies.
