Seedlings

The Seedlings play-group provides developmentally appropriate outdoor, nature-based early learning activities for children 1.5 - 5.5. Each week we explore the outdoors, make music, experiment with art, try new motor activities, read stories, and meet new friends! Caregivers participate in play with their child. Older siblings are welcome to tag along; only participating 1.5-5.5 year-olds need to be registered.

Seedlings runs most Fridays during the school year, 10:00 - 11:30am. Register ahead of time for a discount on bundled weeks. Drop-ins are welcome: $7 cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.

Little Shredders

Little Shredders is a winter ski playgroup during Jan. & Feb. for children 2 - 5 and an accompanying adult. No prior ski experience is required and gear is provided for use each session. Kids are introduced to skiing and have plenty of opportunities for snow play. Each week will be facilitated by a Plain Valley Nordic Team coach and a Mountain Sprouts Children’s Community teacher. In addition to registration with MSCC, Seedlings participants need to fill out the PVNT Release & Liabilities.
