NOW HIRING: Full-time preschool teacher for 2026-2027

Mountain Sprouts is looking for a full-time teacher to join the Evergreen Preschool Program for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is full-time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday, and includes the following benefits:

General teacher requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to participate in outdoor, nature-based learning with students all year round

  • Must enjoy working with kids 3 - 7 years

  • Must meet WA DCYF licensing requirement including passing a background check, can be completed upon hire.

  • Starting wages: $20 for substitute teachers, $21 for assistants, $24 for leads.
