Summer Shred began in 2023, but its roots go back much further. This event is a revival of the beloved community tradition, Bike n’ Juice.

Back in 2010, the Upper Valley Co-op launched Bike n’ Juice as a kid-friendly fundraiser inspired by the popular “Bike n’ Brews” event. Over the years, the Co-op, Mountain Sprouts, Beaver Valley School, and other local organizations came together to keep the tradition rolling for nearly a decade.

The 10th anniversary of Bike n’ Juice was canceled due to COVID, but in 2023, Mountain Sprouts dreamed about bringing this special event back to the community. Thus Summer Shred was born.

We’re thrilled to bring you Summer Shred III this June with the same community spirit, excitement, and beloved trails that made Bike n’ Juice so special, just with a fresh new name.
